The goods were left in the car. What do I do?
Have you lost your belongings? Don’t worry! At Värtön Taksit, we take care of valuable items left in our vehicles, such as phones, wallets, keys, etc., so we recommend checking with us first! (We will only return items if the descriptions match).
You can inquire about lost items via email.
If no inquiries are made regarding the customer’s lost items after a certain period of time, we will take them to the Lost and Found Office of North Ostrobothnia for further handling.
Can the taxi be ordered in advance?
Yes, you can pre-order a taxi either by filling out the pre-order form or by calling 044 700 8833. It is recommended to make the pre-order well in advance.
When you need a taxi early in the morning, we recommend making the pre-order the previous evening. This way, we can ensure the availability of a taxi for the morning.
There is no additional charge for pre-orders!
How are prices determined?
The price of a taxi ride consists of the transportation distance and the time spent on it.
Värtön Taksi Oy belongs to the OTAXI brand, so the prices are determined according to the OTAXI brand, unless we agree otherwise with the customer.
